• These watermelons are medium size and round in shape. Their skin is thick, smooth, and dark green. The flesh is deep red, juicy, and tender with a few round black seeds. Watermelons are crisp and juicy with a sweet flavor.

• Watermelons are best served fresh. They can be sliced into wedges and served raw as an appetizer or side dish mixed with other fruits, or they can be scooped out and served as a sweet dessert. The juice of the watermelons can also be used in drinks and cocktails. Watermelon pairs well with greens, citrus, berries, pineapple, mint, and cucumbers.
