  • It can be eaten raw as a part of many salads, and it can also be cooked or sauteed down into a reduced form. This can be eaten as a side dish vegetable or added to a number of recipes for soups, stews, and casseroles.

  • Red Spinach Leaves Stir Fry

    Ingredients:

    Red Spinach Leaves
    9 Garlic cloves , crushed
    10 Green chili chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt

    Instructions:

    1. Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets a brown color or for half a minute.
    3. Now, add chopped green chilies and saute well.
    4. Add chopped red spinach leaves and salt, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
    5. After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and we will get well-cooked red spinach leaves to stir-fry
    6. Healthy and tasty red spinach stir is ready to serve, serve hot with chapati.
