Ingredients:
Red Spinach Leaves
9 Garlic cloves , crushed
10 Green chili chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp saltInstructions:
- Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets a brown color or for half a minute.
- Now, add chopped green chilies and saute well.
- Add chopped red spinach leaves and salt, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and we will get well-cooked red spinach leaves to stir-fry
- Healthy and tasty red spinach stir is ready to serve, serve hot with chapati.
- Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves
