Edible Roccola leaves are green soft flowing-shaped leaves with a peppery flavor. They taste like watercress with attitude and make a great salad on its own, or mixed with milder lettuces. If you found it too spicy for your taste, saute them.

Ingredients:
2 peaches
80 grams rucola
150 grams mozzarella
strawberries (optional)
cherry tomatoes (optional)Instructions:
- Wash peaches, rubbing to remove fuzz. Cut in half and remove pits. Thinly slice peaches. Place peach slices on a serving plate.
- Add rucola and Mozzarella to the plate with peaches.
- Add the dressing you like and toss.
