Forelle pears are suitable for raw applications. No need to cook them, you can enjoy eating them fresh as a snack or adding them to the winter salads. And you can add the Forelle Pears in your breakfast, on cereal, pancakes, or waffles. Can have tasty slices of pears in your sandwich. You can combine the Forelle Pears with the following: cheese, chicken, shrimp, yogurt, mango, apple, mint, lemon, and nuts.

If you store the pears at room temperature then they will keep for 2-4 days. If you store them in a perforated bag in the refrigerator then they will keep for a couple of weeks.

Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 pear
1/2 cup walnutsInstructions:
- Take the kale leaves off the stems and cut the kale into small ribbons. Place it in a medium bowl and add one teaspoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss the kale with the desired amount of dressing. Add the pear and walnuts and toss to combine.
