Grapes red globe, 4 kg carton

Grapes red globe, 4 kg carton

Origin: Italy

  • Red seeded grapes are large and round and vary from light pink to dark red in color. The eating experience is one of meaty, plump, crunchy fruit with good juice content. There is a good level of sweetness with relatively low acids, but the flavor is muted. True, there are some pips in each berry, but there is an art to enjoying these sweet bombs without splitting the seed husk with your teeth.

  • You can use the grapes in fruit salads, smoothies, sandwiches, and green salads. You can also bake them into tarts and cakes. Red Seeded grapes pair well with meats such as salami, chicken, and steak, shrimp, olives, rosemary, basil, mint, cheeses, sweet potatoes, apples, and walnuts.

  • It is best to store grapes in a humid and cold place. Their ideal storage temperature is 32 degrees Fahrenheit, so don't let these berries bum around in a fruit bowl send them straight to the fridge instead.

  • Crunchy Apple and Grape Salad
