Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla?
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch saltInstructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a ramekin or oven-safe bowl with cooking spray. Chop half the banana and add it to the bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and carefully stir together. Slice the remaining banana and layer on top of the oatmeal.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the oatmeal is bubbling and bananas begin to caramelize on top.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
